Cindy has been in health and fitness for over 30 years..... first as a medic in the Canadian Military, Personal Trainer for 15 years, Home Based Gym Owner for 4yrs, Certified Kettlebell Instructor and Hot Power Yoga Instructor and a Cleanse Coach and Business Coach with Isagenix for almost 14 yrs.
Cindy went to college for nutrition and as a former Alberta Bodybuilding Champion in 1996 she has learned the importance of absorbing nutrition.
As a Medic in the Canadian Military she served for 6yrs and jumped out of planes and served in Croatia.
She’s a Mom to a 23 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son. She is an avid motorcyclist, golfer, gun shooter, public speaker, and soon to be author.
