Nicole Labelle is a retired Public Servant from the Federal Government of Canada. From D.J. at National Defence to managing a team of International scientists. She has gained a wealth of knowledge in the communication field from various opportunities for learning. She is a leader in the community as a former president of Limoges Club Optimiste and currently serves her community as a member of the Federated Women's Institute of Ontario. A dedicated wife of 50 years and mother to 2 sons and 5 grand children.
